AGREEMENT

Thank you for being a member of and subscribing to the D*Magic (in the following referred to as the SERVICE) for Indosat users in Indonesia.
You agree to be bound by these membership ("Terms of Service") between you and PT. 8 Elements or any of 8elements affiliates or related companies or business partners which specifically govern the contractual relationship for D*Magic and its subscribers and set the way in which our product, service or content may be used, in a legally binding way. You accept our general Terms & Conditions .

1. Service
The SERVICE is a weekly-based installment service which is activated when you confirm the subscription on the SERVICE mobile site or via SMS. The subscription to SERVICE allows you to download content from this mobile site every week according to 8elements catalogue for only IDR 2,200/ 2 days (WEB/DATA connection charges are not included). Your annual subscription to SERVICE is a daily membership installment payment which recurs if you have not unsubscribed. You can unsubscribe to SERVICE at any time (please note the minimum subscription period of 2 weeks) by clicking on STOP/EXIT/LEAVE/UNSUBSCRIBE subscription in the designated “My Service” section. Once you have unsubscribed, you will not be able to download any content. 8elements reserves the right to end your subscription at will.

2. Conditions
This service is available to Indosat Ooredoo subscribers only.

3. Access to the SERVICE
In order to gain access to SERVICE, you will first need to click on Join Now or Confirm on any banner or website or the mobile site itself. You will then be charged IDR 2.200 for 2 days. Following that, you can access SERVICE to choose and download your free contents. Every 2 days, you will be charged IDR 2.200 and be given access to enjoy all contents available. You will be a member of the SERVICE until you unsubscribe.

4. Specific Terms for SERVICE
During the period when you are a member of SERVICE, you will get to choose your content per week.
Please note that the minimum subscription period is 2 weeks.
If you unsubscribe within the first 2 weeks of your subscription, you will be blacklisted for a period of 4 weeks and after 4 weeks, you will then be allowed to subscribe again to SERVICE.

5. Payments
You, the subscriber, will be charged each week on your phone bill IDR 2,200/ 2 days. If you are a prepaid user, please ensure that you have enough credits on your prepaid card before you subscribe to SERVICE.

6. Personal Information
Please check our Privacy Policy. You have the right to gain access, amend and/or oppose the communication of data by 8elements on yourself on request by writing to PT. 8 Elements at Griya Sinta building 5th floor C unit, Jalan Tomang Raya No. 39, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat

7. Modifications
8elements reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions for SERVICE at any time.

8. Governing Law
The Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.  You, as a subscriber, irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
