Agreement
The terms and conditions that govern the downloading and use by all users of the content and services offered by PT. 8 Elements or any of its subsidiaries, licensors, affiliates, associates, subcontractors, via an 8 Elements branded or managed portal that you have accessed can be found at www.8elements.net. By downloading and/or using the Content or Services provided you confirm that you have read and understood and agree with these full terms and conditions. By downloading content from our Sites or subscribing to our Services or accessing to our Services you agree to receive information and marketing messages from 8elements.

You confirm herewith the acceptance of the full Indosat Ooredoo Customer terms. The terms are accessed at https://indosatooredoo.com/.

Terms & Conditions for the D*Magic Club:
Thank you for subscribing to the D*Magic Club (in the following referred to as SERVICE) for Indosat Ooredo users in Indonesia. With the subscription, you agree to be bound by these subscription terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) between you and PT. 8 Elements or any of 8 Elements affiliates or related companies IN ADDITION to our general terms of use and Tri's mobile service customer terms.

1. Service
The SERVICE is a weekly-based installment service which is activated when you confirm the subscription on the SERVICE mobile site or via SMS. The subscription to SERVICE allows you to download content from this mobile site every week according to 8elements catalogue for only IDR 2,200/ 2 days (WEB/DATA connection charges are not included). Your annual subscription to SERVICE is a daily membership installment payment which recurs if you have not unsubscribed. You can unsubscribe to SERVICE at any time (please note the minimum subscription period of 2 weeks) by clicking on STOP/EXIT/LEAVE/UNSUBSCRIBE subscription in the designated “My Service” section. Once you have unsubscribed, you will not be able to download any content. 8elements reserves the right to end your subscription at will.

2. Conditions
This service is available to Indosat Ooredoo subscribers only.

3. Access to the SERVICE
In order to gain access to SERVICE, you will first need to click on Join Now or Confirm on any banner or website or the mobile site itself. You will then be charged IDR 2.200 for 2 days. Following that, you can access SERVICE to choose and download your free contents. Every 2 days, you will be charged IDR 2.200 and be given access to enjoy all contents available. You will be a member of the SERVICE until you unsubscribe.

4. Specific Terms for SERVICE
During the period when you are a member of SERVICE, you will get to choose your content per week.
Please note that the minimum subscription period is 2 weeks.
If you unsubscribe within the first 2 weeks of your subscription, you will be blacklisted for a period of 4 weeks and after 4 weeks, you will then be allowed to subscribe again to SERVICE.

5. Payments
You, the subscriber, will be charged each week on your phone bill IDR 2,200/ 2 days. If you are a prepaid user, please ensure that you have enough credits on your prepaid card before you subscribe to SERVICE.

6. Personal Information
Please check our Privacy Policy. You have the right to gain access, amend and/or oppose the communication of data by 8 Elements on yourself on request by writing to PT. 8 Elements at Griya Sinta building 5th floor C unit, Jalan Tomang Raya No. 39, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat

7. Modifications
8elements reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions for SERVICE at any time.

8. Governing Law
The Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. You, as a subscriber, irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesia courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.

9. Terms of the Loyalty Reward Program

Program Mechanism
• D*Magic reward program period is valid for 180 days from 16 November 2020 (in accordance with Indosat's decision).
• This program is a Loyalty Program where customers who are actively subscribed with the longest subscription period are entitled to be selected as winners.
• If a customer stops subscribing during the program, that customer will not be included in the winner selection process.
• Weekly Prize: Every week during the program, 3 (three) active MSISDN/subscribers with the longest subscription period will be selected to get credit balance of Rp.100,000 for each winner.
• Monthly Prize: Every month during the program, 2 (two) active MSISDN/subscribers with the longest subscription period will be selected to get the IMOO Z5 Smart Watch.
• Announcement of weekly prize winners will be made every Monday of the following week.
• Monthly prize winners are announced on every 1st day of the following month.
• Winners will be contacted by the organizers to carry out the data verification process and the prize delivery mechanism.
• Prizes will be sent to the winners within a maximum of 7 working days after the data verification process is complete.
• Prizes cannot be cashed or exchanged in any other form.
• Prize specifications (colour, type, shape, etc.) can change at any time following the availability of the product on the market. If the product is no longer available, the organizer will replace the prize with a product that is newer or of the same value.
• The decisions of the organizer is final.
• Winners who send photos or videos along with the prize they have won will be uploaded to the social media of PT. 8 Elements (Instagram @cpid.8elements).

Program Terms and Conditions
• Winners who are entitled to weekly and monthly prizes are subscribers who are still actively subscribing to D*Magic services during the program period.
• If a customer does not subscribe and / or has unsubscribed, the customer will not be included in the winner selection process.
• One MSISDN can only win 1 monthly prize during the program period.
• The result of selecting the winner is final and inviolable.
• The winners will be contacted by PT 8 Elements Customer Service and the winners must send their identification card (KTP) and personal data within 5 working days after being contacted.
• Winners who do not send their personal data and identification cards (KTP) within 5 working days will be deemed to withdraw with consciousness. And the prize will be transferred to the next winner.
• Tax and any other costs are borne by the organizer.
• All subscribers who subscribe during the program period have the opportunity to win even if the subscription period is less than 180 days.
• After the prize program ends, subscribers whose subscription period has not reached 180 days will continue to receive content until the subscription period ends or until the subscribers unsubscribe.
• PT. 8 Elements will periodically send winner data reports and proof of prize delivery to Indosat.
